ServiceHub Group provides residential property maintenance services in Southern Ontario, including but not limited to:

  • Regular lawn care and grass cutting
  • Spring and fall yard cleanup services
  • Leaf removal and garden bed maintenance
  • Snow removal coordination during winter months

Specific service details, scheduling, and pricing are established through individual service agreements with clients.

Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Securing pets during scheduled service times
  • Marking or identifying any underground utilities or irrigation systems

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

  • Services are billed according to the agreed schedule (weekly, monthly, or seasonal)
  • Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your service agreement
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • We accept various payment methods as specified in service agreements

Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements according to the terms specified in the individual agreement. Generally:

  • Cancellation notice requirements are specified in service agreements
  • Seasonal services may have specific cancellation terms
  • We reserve the right to terminate service for non-payment or violation of terms
  • Refunds, if any, are handled according to individual service agreements

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities or irrigation systems
